Welcome, and thanks for visiting my website! What can I tell you about myself that you may not know?
Well, I've lived in Eastern North Carolina all of my life, in Greenville/Pitt County for over a decade - so I'm a big fan of this area, to say the least.
For the past seven years, I've been involved in real estate; three of those years as a paralegal for a local real estate attorney and for the past four years as a real estate Broker. Throughout the business of "making deals", I have used my creative ambition to create positive experiences for new homeowners and home sellers. The lifeblood of my business is satisfied clients. My knowledge and enthusiasm come through in my interactions with people - and in a business that can at the very best be intimidating, and at the very worst, be frightening, it matters to people when you convey the confidence that comes with experience.
Since I've been in real estate, I think I have most of all learned what not to do. I've come to the realization that as a Realtor, my first job is to to find out what you need and make it happen. Period. My second job is to function as a diplomat - buying a home is emotional, and people need mediators to get it done quickly and professionally. Not always pretty, but true.
Furthermore, I am not interested in high pressure sales. I want to work for people who want to work with me. I don't do pushy sales maneuvers, I don't cold call, and I don't use your contact information to overwhelm you with emails, voicemails, postcards and letters that you don't want and didn't ask for. My business philosophy is to respect the time and intelligence of the people I work for. I practice "The Secret" and believe in the wonders of positive energy.
I have a sneaking suspicion that everything will work out the way it's supposed to, even the disappointments!
